About Me!

About Me (Pharmacist Keith)

A pharmacist, educator, truth-seeker, and mentor who believes the body — and the human spirit — are divinely designed to thrive.

Who I Am

I’m Keith — a pharmacist, educator, and lifelong investigator of truth who lives by Ronald Reagan’s principle: trust, but verify. That mindset has shaped my work in wellness, my approach to research, my journey of faith, and my mission to help people build both health and financial freedom.

My background blends science, technology, ministry, and entrepreneurship in a way that’s uniquely my own. Before most people even knew what a blog was, I was building websites, writing long-form content, and producing video blogs to challenge the growing pharmaceutical model of disease management. Even while still in pharmacy school, I launched one of the earliest wellness websites that openly questioned Big Pharma’s agenda and highlighted the power of lifestyle, nutrition, and targeted supplementation.

Over the years, I’ve used every platform available — websites, blogs, vlogs, radio interviews, public speaking, and podcasting — to expose medical misinformation and advocate for a more honest, evidence-based approach to health. I’ve never been afraid to challenge flawed research, whether it was the selective data behind Ancel Keys’ fat-heart hypothesis or the financial incentives that shape modern disease management. That commitment cost me my early YouTube income after sharing a radio interview on “What Big Pharma Doesn’t Want You to Know,” but it never shook my resolve.

A pharmacy professor once taught me to interrogate every study with three questions:

1. Who sponsored it?
2. What do they stand to gain or lose?
3. How might they have steered the outcome?

Those questions — paired with “trust but verify” — have guided my entire approach to wellness, especially when natural methods are dismissed without honest evaluation.

Where Faith and Wellness Meet

My wellness philosophy is inseparable from my faith. I believe our bodies are divinely designed — created with an extraordinary capacity not just to survive, but to repair, restore, and thrive when given the right tools. High-potency multivitamins and minerals, immune support through transfer factors, avoidance of harmful foods, and minimizing environmental toxins aren’t fringe ideas to me; they’re part of honoring the design God built into us.

My faith journey deepened when I married my wife, whose family came from a Protestant background. Their objections to Catholicism — objections I had never encountered as a cradle Catholic — pushed me into the writings of the early Church Fathers and the roots of Christian teaching long before the Reformation. Later, when a fundamentalist challenged me with 18 pointed questions meant to shake my faith, that historical foundation allowed me to respond with clarity and conviction.

Just as I do in wellness, I approached those challenges with discernment, research, and a commitment to truth. Faith and health, to me, are not separate lanes — they are parallel expressions of the same reality: we are created with purpose, intelligence, and the capacity for renewal.

Empowering People to Create Extra Income

Another part of my mission is helping people build ethical, stable, wellness-aligned income streams. I’ve seen firsthand how financial stress undermines health, relationships, and spiritual peace. Years ago, I built a team of over 700 people, earned significant bonuses, and even continued receiving residual income during seasons when life pulled me away from actively building.

That experience taught me something powerful:

When you combine a science-backed product, a stable company, and a simple, duplicatable system, everyday people can create meaningful extra income — without hype, without gimmicks, and without compromising their integrity.

Today, I help others do the same. I partner with people who want:

  • Better health
  • More energy
  • Extra income
  • A sense of purpose
  • A community that supports them

I don’t promise “easy money.” I promise mentorship, honesty, and a path that aligns with wellness, faith, and personal growth.

My Mission Today

I continue to empower people to reclaim their health, strengthen their faith, and build financial resilience through evidence-based, ethical, and practical strategies. I bridge mainstream research with alternative perspectives, always with nuance and integrity. I love crafting long-form content that sparks curiosity, invites dialogue, and encourages people to think for themselves — whether the topic is metabolic health, immune resilience, early Church history, or creating extra income.

If you’re looking for guidance grounded in experience, discernment, and a relentless commitment to truth — in wellness, faith, or financial freedom — I’m always open to a conversation.
